Turnaround on most orders is within 2-4 business days, pending quantity of tags and not special order colors. As we stated earlier, the colors highlighted in red on the "OUR TAGS" page are kept in stock. Most of the time we have some material available immediately in the other colors but we may have to order more if you have a large order so be prepared for a little longer delivery.

Shipping methods used:

UPS or FEDEX

• All freight will be billed at the rate given by the delivery company based on weight, destination, and whether the material ships regular ground, 2-day, or overnight express.

Local Delivery

• Deliveries are made within a 30 mile radius of our office in Lumberton, TX twice weekly for $10.00 per delivery.

Will Call

• Customers can schedule a local pick up by a designated driver when placing an order.

RUSH ORDERS
We will do our best to turn all orders as quickly as possible and WILL NOT charge any "RUSH" fees unless we are completely booked. In the event we must put other orders "ON HOLD" to expedite an order for a "RUSH", the following fees will apply (sorry but we have to pay the help to stay after hours!).

SAME DAY SERVICE - $150.00

NEXT DAY - $100.00

Any freight incurred for material to meet customer's deadline will be charged to the customer in addition to the "RUSH" fee.
